Privacy policy
Gristlane collects the name, email, Amazon product URL, and optional product facts you submit at checkout, plus payment details processed by Stripe. We use that information to fulfill your order and to contact you about the order.
What we collect
- Checkout fields: name, email, product URL, notes you type
- Payment data handled by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Email correspondence about delivery and revisions
How we use it
To write and email your Listing Audit or ASIN Pack, to provide the included revision, to issue refunds when owed, and to keep records required for tax and legal purposes. Card statements show GRISTLANE.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not ask for Seller Central passwords. We do not use your product facts to pitch other sellers.
Processors
Payments: Stripe. Email delivery currently uses AgentMail at hello@gristlane.com until a custom domain is attached. Hosting: Cloudflare Pages.
Retention
We keep order records as needed to fulfill, support, and meet tax and legal requirements. You may email us to ask what we hold about an order.
